My therapeutic approach is person-centered and strengths-based. The goal is to develop a collaborative conversation for strengthening your own motivation and commitment to change. I believe therapy is most effective when it’s tailored to each individual’s unique goals, needs, and strengths. I offer a validating, non-judgmental, authentic, and supportive place for people to navigate challenges they are experiencing. I am here to offer a place for people to feel heard, accepted, valued, and respected.

I can help identify barriers and challenges and collaboratively create a plan for getting “unstuck” and moving toward your values and goals. Some examples of what we might work on in therapy include processing thoughts and feelings, relapse prevention skills, gaining new insights, building on your strengths by increasing internal resources, learning and practicing new skills, and reflecting on change over time.
